I am an ambitious person with a strong desire to explore new developments and a natural curiosity about the world around me. 

With more than 15 years of experience in technology and knowledge transfer, licensing and commercialisation at TU Wien, I am constantly striving to stay informed about the latest developments and emerging trends, in order to provide the most up-to-date and effective solutions for my clients.

I studied chemical engineering at TU Graz and went on to earn a PhD in material sciences, which has given me a strong foundation in the technical aspects of innovation. During my doctoral studies, I had the opportunity to conduct research at Politecnico di Bari in Italy, which provided me with a valuable experience of working in a different environment and getting to know a new culture. In addition, I have acquired practical industry experience through summer internships, during which I have gained valuable insights into various production processes.

I am actively involved in diverse international organizations, including serving as the Chair of the Licensing Executive Society International (LESI) Innovation Trends Committee, a Member of the Task Force Innovation at CESAER, and a Member of the IP Advisory Board at EIT Manufacturing.

My proficiency in multiple languages allows me to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, opening up new possibilities for collaboration and networking.

When not working, I enjoy travelling to new places, hiking, playing the piano, photo-capturing moments and scenes from my travels and everyday life, and on occasional Sundays, I enjoy following Formula One racing events. 

Born in former Yugoslavia, my family and I were forced to leave our country due to the war. Adapting to a new environment, language, and culture has shaped my perspective and instilled in me a strong sense of determination and resilience, which drives me towards my goals.
